Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He was setting at a desk in his office at Ty'Gokor strategic defense station going over several reports and getting ready to leave the station to return to his vessel, the sooner the better he thought.::
Sara Katang: :: Sara told Victora to go on without her to start exsploring the ship she had someone to visit before retaking assignment. She rang the chimes on the office hoping she got the right one this time. ::
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He took a quick look at the viewer at the sound of the chime. He nodded and then spoke into the audio system.:: Sara, of the House of Katang, you may enter. ::He quickly gathered several padds and stored them in his deck and then removed Sara's service record nearby and sat it in front of him on the desk.::
Sara Katang: :: She entered stood before him and saluted him before speaking a greating. :: Qapla' Aj Garan Rajuc.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He looked at her for a moment and then nodded and motioned for her to set down.:: Have a seat, Sara of the House of Katang. I know for a fact that I wanted to meet with you before returning for duty. I also sense that you wish to speak with me about something that is on your mind.
Sara Katang: :: She nods and then takes a seat. :: Yes, I am honored you are able to see me before duty and am ready to listen to the words you have to speak to me Aj,.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He nodded to her and then scratched his goatee in thought before speaking.:: Once again you have come to the Empire wishing to serve. The last time that I had heard from you, you were happy in the Federation. Has this situation changed for you, I wonder?
Sara Katang: It has but that is because my daughter is old enough to learn the ways of her people. I felt the need to Return to the Empire because of that reason and also some other reasons that I am sure I will discover as my warrior's heart is recovered again. That is if you will allow me the honor to serve on your ship again.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He grinned and then nodded.:: I knew that one day your heart would call you home. The other half of your heart beats strong in the Klingon ways, I have this feeling about you. Without a doubt I welcome you back to serve on my vessel. ::He picked up her service record from the desk and took a quick glance.:: I see that you have experience in many stations on a vessel, both DIvI and of the Klingon Empire. I have stations open for a versatile specialist. Do you feel that you are able to do your duties there, this is a post that requires you to be flexible.
Sara Katang: I beleive I can be Aj as you have pointed out I have a varied background and have proven myself to be capable to flex in combat.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He nodded and then grinned.:: Then you will take your stations once we arrive back to our vessel, the I.K.S. SuvwI' batlh. I am both honored and pleased to have another capable officer, such as you are. ::He then looked at her sternly for a moment.:: Is there anything that you wish to ask of me, or do you still have something on your mind as I had sensed earlier?
Sara Katang: I do have something on my mind, but that is only because of the history that we share. That is if you are willing to speak something other then busness with me at this time.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He looked at her closely for a moment.:: Are you saying that you cannot speak within the boundaries of protocol at this moment? If not, then I say to get ready to depart tomorrow and bring your children with you, assuming that You're taking them with you. Quarters large enough will be made available for you in any case. ::He nodded to her.:: Our business is now concluded, you may speak.
Sara Katang: Thank you, and it is child. :: She smiled at him. :: I am not good with words but I would like for you to see Victoria and speak with her if you would. She has yet to see a full Klingon male. Especially the one that I tell her is her Godfather.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He grinned and then nodded to her.:: I have seen her before, perhaps it was before she could remember to recall about it. Send her in or whenever is convenient for you to do so. ::He scratched his goatee in thought and then grinned.:: If I remember correctly, Godfathers are a DIvI custom?
Sara Katang: We honor both her heritages and it was the only way I could explain to her the picture of you holding her in your arms. That and Nathan would have it no other way.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::The mention of Nathan reminded him and then he looked at her closely.:: If I recall, you two were not getting along. His cousin is serving on my vessel, would that be a problem for you because I don't want any of my beq dying, especially when they are useful. ::He then laughed loudly.::
Sara Katang: :: She grined :: It won't be a problem if his cousen knows to keep his distance from me and my daughter when I am off duty. Nathan and me are on the mend yes also a reason why I am returning. To give him the space he needs to think as well as the space I need to think.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He then grinned and then nodded.:: I am glad to hear that. I haven't seen Nathan in a couple of years myself, last I heard he was serving on the U.S.S. Durango, the same vessel that you had served on for a time. I will be honored to see Victoria Rain, if I remember correctly, that is her name? She will also have Kaylana and K'ann's children to play with. Only thing is that they are a bit younger than her right now.
Sara Katang: Yes your memory is well in that area. I know which will be a good thing because she can teach them as they teach her. She and their twins are relativly close in age. I will call her in then since you are willing to meet with her. If that is acceptable to you.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He then nodded to her.:: By all means, send her in. I look forward to seeing her.
Sara Katang: :: she got up out of the chair and yelled out into the corrador for Victoria to come in. She walked in afer Sara and then saluted Garan. :: Quapla honorable warrior.:: Sara sat back down allowing Victoria to greet Garan. ::
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He grinned and then had to laugh hearing her pronunciation, that would change soon the longer she was around.:: I am glad to see you, Victoria. The last that I had seen you was about 4 years ago, I believe. How would you like to live on my vessel with your mother?
Sara Katang: I would be honored to do so. I hear that I will have others to learn with and possibly teach. My Mother has told me much about you.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He nodded.:: It is true, you have much to learn, much as your mother had years ago. Pay attention to all that goes on and you will live a long life here in the Klingon Empire. I know that you are young and yet you should know these things, be'Hom (little girl).
Sara Katang: I understand and hopefuly you can understand I am still human in some respects and will from time to time request things that are unusal. Such as right now I would like to request from you a hug since I have no memory of you only the picture of you holding me.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He grinned and shook his head.:: I am well aware of these things and have other Humans that serve aboard my vessel, so a replicator has been installed in a few areas. ::He then stood up from his chair and walked around the other side of the desk.:: You may do so, be'Hom.
Sara Katang: :: she gave him a hug resting her head on his armor and her arms not able to wrap around him yet. She then looked up at him. :: Thank you for watching out for my Mom.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::As she came to him, he then in turn wrapped his arms around her and then grinned. Children he was always a lot nicer to, otherwise seldom would anyone see this side to him as a warrior.:: Your mother has been a beq of my vessel off and on for a couple of years. She knows that she always has a home here when she needs to return. I know of her Human side. ::He then let her go and then went back to his desk and sat down.::
Sara Katang: :: she nods looks at her mother. :: He's nice like you told me he was. :: Sara grined. :: I know my daughter you may go I will join you in a while. :: Victoria then salutes Garan again before leaving. :: Sara turned her attention to Garan. :: I hope that wasn't too unconfortable for you. I know how you pride yourself on being a warrior able to stand on your own and unaccustom to family.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He nodded in return to Victoria's salute as she departed at a word from Sara her mother. He then turned back to Sara and nodded to her.:: Not uncomfortable at all, I wish to know the children and those that serve on my vessel. As far as having a family of my own, I have a mate that has returned to Qo'noS for the time being.
Sara Katang: That is good news. I'm glad to hear your finally settling down. Hopefuly this time for good.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He grinned and then nodded.:: Yes, I have settled down some. However, my duties will continue on aboard my vessel. She awaits us and to return to duty as much as the beq wish to.
Sara Katang: Well then I might be able to meet the one who has caught your eye then. Until then :: she stood :: is it acceptable for me to hug you?
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He shook his head.:: I speak of my vessel as a she, I'm sure that you have heard of the terminology. To tell you, I do not have to seek a mate at this time, hugging another women of near the same age is usually considered the start of a mating ritual. ::He laughed loudly.::
Sara Katang: :: she grined at him. :: You're lucky I get your humor. Entertain my human side for a while and accept a hug from me as congratulations for you finding your feet again.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He then nodded to her and grinned.:: I tell you what, I will honor your Human side this day. ::He stood up from his chair behind the desk and walked over to her.::
Sara Katang: :: She huged onto him. :: Thank you. It's been a while since I have been able to do this. Espeically since I might have news in a few days for you.:: she then huged him for a while before letting go. ::
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He returned the hug from her for a moment and then went back to his desk. He heard what she had said and wondered what she was talking about.:: What news do you speak of, Sara?
Sara Katang: I have not been feeling well. I asked for a test to be ran before I left the DIvI since me and Nathan spent a night togeather trying to mend things. They said they would let me know the results in a few days.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He raised his eyebrow for a moment.:: I assume that you're saying your pregnant. I will tell you the same thing that I told K'ann and Kaylana, my vessel is not a nursery, so I will limit that you not have more than one child for the time that you serve on my vessel. After that, I will be proud to see another warrior born into the Klingon Empire.
Sara Katang: I know that is why I had the test ran to see if it was that or if it was just me readjusting to a life of solitue. To see if it is true and that is why I was supprised to hear you accept me so quickly back with that possibility out there.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He nodded to her.:: What you tell me is not a big concern of mine, as you know many Klingon women serve on up to the very month that they are due with little complaint or whining. Being pregnant would not bar you from service on my vessel and I still welcome your return.
Sara Katang: I know, but I am not sure about the pregancy it still needs to be confirmed still unless they sent the results directly to you which they may have as you are registered as the one who is going to be in charge of my new assignment.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He scratched his goatee for a moment.:: I have not received any such report. I have a new Qel and you can contact here once we reach Khitomer where my vessel is currently located at, her name is K'lest.
Sara Katang: I really would rather not bother the Qel. :: She sighs a bit :: They may notify you directly when they notify me. I do not know the Qel's there sometimes confuse me.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He nodded to her.:: I can receive such reports with due diligence, however I am not able to provide the medical care that you need. K'lest would be able to do this for you, I am sure that you understand this fact.
Sara Katang: I know :: She heard Vicotria squel out in the corador. :: and understand. My daughter may have the news we are wating for.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He nodded to her.:: Perhaps you and your daughter should go and spend some time together discussing this news and then you can get back to me at a later time. Perhaps you could even find a new mate on my vessel, if that's what you want and Kahless deems it is so.
Sara Katang: :: Victoria came in and huged her Mom. Sara gave her a growl to let her know she did something wrong. :: I dought that possible but thank you for your well wishs.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He turned to look at Victoria, shook his head and then turned back to Sara.:: Indeed, I always wish well for you and your daughter.
Sara Katang: I know and since the test came back I know you will wish well for my son as well when it comes his time to join us. :: she looked a her daughter :: Come we must go and leave Garan to his work that is if I am dismissed.
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He then nodded to her.:: Indeed, you are dismissed. I will contact the Qel soon to tell her of the news and convey the report.
Sara Katang: :: she comes to attention and saluts him. :: Understood. :: She then turns and leaves with Victoria on her heals. ::
Aj Garan Rajuc: ::He nodded in response to her salute, he then turned to a padd on the desk and made a few notes and then filed the padd away in the desk.::
Sara Katang: :: Sara told Victora to go on without her to start exsploring the ship she had someone to visit before retaking assignment. She rang the chimes on the office hoping she got the right one this time. ::
